Vermicelli Tikkis September 9, 2021September 25, 2023 by thebigbangbodhi Blog Roast 1 cup of vermicelli on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes Add 1 cup of sooji/semolina and roast for 3-4 minutes Keep aside in a separate bowl Add salt as per taste Add the juice of half a lemon Add ½ cup curd Add water as required Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes It should have a curdy consistency Add 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 onion finely chopped, coriander leaves and 1 grated carrot. Mix gently with your hands. Add 2 tbsp of rice flour. Mix well. Heat pan, add 2 tsp oil. You can add a little vermicelli on top for a crispy flavour(optional) Cook till golden brown on both sides.
