Makes: 2 Dosas
Ingredients:
1) 2-3 tbsps. of sprouted ragi and moong dal mix
2) add 2 tbsp of curd
3) pinch of salt
4) chopped onions
5) grated cheese
Method:
Mix the ragi flour, curd and salt and make a thin batter. Spread it on a hot tawa and onions to it. Add a little ghee. In 3-4 mins the dosa will be ready. Sprinkle some cheese on it. Trust me it’s the yummiest dosa ever!
